The Visibility Portal features a navigation bar with access to the features the logged in user may access.

The «Advanced» menu is only available for administrators of the system.

The basic menu options are:

• «Reports» – used to generate reports (especially FNA/FMA reports)
• «Rules» – used to download a text file describing the rules for the messaging. Only available for administrators of the system.
• «Help Icon» – links to (this) help.
• a search entry field – used to enter search criteria
• «Magnifier Button» – Click button to execute the search
• «Profile» – shows details about the logged in user and allows password change.
• «Logout» – if user is logged in, this option is available to log out. After logout, the Login page is shown.
